Concerns
Your agenda is complex. That is our daily work.
What we hear from leadership teams.
-
The supervisory board is asking for our AI strategy. We have pilots.
We turn them into a programme with priorities, budget and owners.
-
We have acquired twelve companies. None is integrated.
We integrate contracts, systems and brands to a plan leadership can steer.
-
The carve-out is decided. IT still depends on the group.
We separate systems, data and contracts so the division runs on its own from day one.
-
Everyone uses ChatGPT. Officially, nobody is allowed to.
We introduce enterprise AI that audit, data protection and the works council support.
-
After the merger we have two brands and no shared story.
We decide the brand architecture and carry it into campaigns and the organisation.
-
We have had consultants before. All that was left were slides.
We stay until delivery. Our partner companies build what the partners recommend.

How we work
Five stages. One person accountable.
-
Strategy workshop with the leadership team
We work through the situation, goals and priorities with the leadership team. The AI prepares the workshop with an analysis of your company.
-
Diagnosis
We review documents, figures and systems, usually over 2–4 weeks. The result is a paper leadership or the supervisory board can decide on.
-
Team and engagement
We build the team from partners and partner companies. One lead partner runs it and owns strategy and delivery.
-
Delivery in stages
We deliver in stages with clear results, together with the partner companies. After each stage you decide on the next.
-
Handover into operations
We hand over platforms, processes and know-how so your teams can run them. If you wish, a partner company keeps running the platform.
Frequently asked questions
Our partners do the work themselves, without a pyramid of analysts. And delivery stays in the group: six partner companies build what the partners recommend. Whoever recommends is accountable for the result.
Six partner companies within the consortium, covering platforms and AI operations, brand and campaigns, CRM and customer data. They work on the same engagement, led by the lead partner.
Every engagement has a lead partner. They assemble the team from the consortium and remain your point of contact until completion.
Legal advice is given by the consortium's lawyers themselves, as licensed professionals and under their own liability. The other members work with them on the same engagement.
Sensitive details are removed before any external model sees them. For highly confidential engagements we work in a dedicated instance. We choose the model for each use case.
