The desk shows which AI drafts are waiting for approval and which matters are running. Nothing is left behind, and every lawyer sees immediately where they are needed.

Contracts, scans and Word files are read, pseudonymised and sorted by category. The firm sees per document how many names are hidden and whether the classification has been checked.

The review of the data room delivers a management summary, the points before signing and every finding with traffic light and verbatim quote. Missing documents and questions for the seller side are listed right there.

The reviewed findings become a report with an overview of all contracts, terms and change-of-control clauses. It can be edited further as a Word file.

Filing deadline and two-week deadline are calculated by the portal according to statute and public holidays, not by the AI. The traffic light shows every day how much time is left.

Every finding quotes the passage in the contract verbatim, rates the risk and suggests a solution. A lawyer confirms, corrects or rejects; only then is the result approved.

Names stay in the firm
Before every call the portal replaces names, companies and addresses with placeholders. The firm sees exactly what the AI gets to read and approves the mapping.

Outgoing log for every call
Everything that leaves the firm is recorded verbatim in the outgoing log. So it can be proven at any time that only placeholders and references went out.
